The sample I'm gonna send you is certified 100% organic Arabica whole coffee beans from the Peruvian rainforest.
Peru has a rich culture around coffee farming and they are well known for producing delicious beans grown in the sunbelt region.
The fruits take about 7 months to mature and are gathered by hand once they're fully ripe and red-purple in color.
Once washed and dried, our artisan coffee wizard out here on Maui freshly roasts the beans to absolute perfection.
This brings out the complex flavors of the oils and compounds within the bean which improves the balance and depth.
The medium roast allows for a sweeter and lighter cup so you don't need to add sugar.
You'll notice it has a subtle, medium body with pronounced notes of orange and bittersweet chocolate.
I recommend you try the sample I send by itself in a pour-over fashion, but it also goes great with a splash of milk or cream.
You can try it with your French press if you want to really experience the richness of flavor and velvety body.
Personally, I drink it black because it's smooth enough on its own. Sometimes I'll go super charged on my training days (Check out the free home brew recipe guide included below!).
